We always believe that cow’s milk is very good for health. However if we realize the below facts we may have to change our minds.

One main fact is that cow’s milk is made for cows not for human. Secondly, we have to consume magnesium along with cow milk, if not; you may not gain calcium from it. Thirdly, the cow’s milk must not have with iron, if so your body may not uptake calcium at all. For example eating red meat and a glass of milk is not good idea.

The milk allergies and lactose intolerances with children should be keep in mind for parents, too. It is the reaction of immune system to milk proteins and milk products. Milk allergies can be life harmfulness to infants if not recognized and doing something to correct it. Soy milk may be feed for babies who develop milk allergies by the family doctor.

Some people can not be able to break down the milk sugar lactose. The result is that it will cause symptoms such as bloating, gas and loose bowels after drinking milk. However, many people can still drink milk or dairy products in small amounts and not feel any symptoms due to it may not a serious intolerance.

The very important things for people or children who are found to be milk-allergic are that being very careful for any food they consume. And keep in mind that the “milk free” food’ labels not mean that it is really milk free. For example, some soy cheeses claim to be milk free but it may still contain milk protein!

Then it is very important to read all food labels if you have a milk-allergic child!
