Calcium can be derived from leafy greens, some nuts, any calcium fortified product as well as dairy products. The body will flush out what it doesn’t need, then do not consume Calcium more than the body can assimilates. As we know that Calcium is so important for building bones however the consumption of organic calcium is better than the inorganic calcium (in the form of supplements).
